Can I buy standard products online?
Yes. Products with pricing and an Add to cart button are available through the normal retail checkout.
What is the minimum order for custom production?
The standard custom manufacturing MOQ is 3,000 units. Final feasibility and pricing depend on the design and process.
How are confidential drawings handled?
The planned private flow accepts up to five PDF, STEP/STP or DWG files, with a 5 MB per-file and 25 MB total limit, admin-only access and 30-day retention. No files are transmitted until the private service is connected.
