What is your minimum order quantity?
The standard starting MOQ is 3,000 units. Feasibility still depends on the part, process and specification.
How long do samples and production take?
Sampling is approximately 7 days and bulk production approximately 15 days after requirements are confirmed. Tooling, complexity and approval cycles can affect the schedule.
Which drawing formats can I send?
PDF, STEP/STP and DWG are accepted. Each file can be up to 5 MB, with a maximum of five files and 25 MB total.
How are confidential drawings handled?
Files are intended for the authorized administrator only and are retained for 30 days. Do not transmit confidential files unless the secure upload service is active.
