What is the minimum order quantity?
The stated minimum order quantity for custom projects is from 3,000 units.
How are confidential drawings handled?
After feasibility review and NDA confirmation, we provide a private upload link. Approved drawings are limited to the authorized admin reviewer and retained for 30 days.
What are the current lead times?
Sampling is approximately 7 days after requirements are confirmed. Batch production is approximately 15 days after sample and order approval.
