01 Project Requirement Review
Application, quantity, dimensions, tolerance, finish, packaging and target requirements are reviewed before the quotation is finalized.
02 Material Review
Silicone material options are discussed against the intended application. FDA-compliant material options may be available for qualifying applications.
03 Drawing / DFM Review
Drawings and manufacturability considerations are reviewed before sampling.
04 Sample Approval
A sample is reviewed against the agreed requirements before batch production proceeds.
05 In-Process Inspection
Inspection checkpoints are agreed according to the product, process and project requirements.
06 Final Inspection
Final checks are aligned with the approved sample and confirmed requirements.
07 Packaging Inspection
Packaging and labeling requirements are confirmed as part of the project scope.
08 Documentation
- Material documentation — when available for the selected material and application.
- Testing documentation — when included in the agreed project scope.
- COA, MSDS or compliance reports — availability and scope confirmed per project.
