How custom manufacturing works

    Start with industry, quantity and contact details. Do not attach confidential drawings at this stage.

    Engineering review

    We review application, geometry, material, tolerance, quantity and tooling needs.

    Sample and refine

    Samples are typically prepared in approximately seven days after requirements are confirmed.

    Move to production

    Bulk production is typically approximately fifteen days after sample and order approval.

Can I buy standard products online?

Yes. Products with pricing and an Add to cart button are available through the normal retail checkout.

What is the minimum order for custom production?

The standard custom manufacturing MOQ is 3,000 units. Final feasibility and pricing depend on the design and process.

How are confidential drawings handled?

Start with a non-confidential project summary. After feasibility review and NDA confirmation, we provide a private upload link for up to five PDF, STEP/STP or DWG files (5 MB each, 25 MB total). Approved drawings are limited to the admin reviewer and retained for 30 days.
